  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, Car Shiftly covers all return shipping fees.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (Mada, Visa, Apple Pay) within 3-7 business days.

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery within Saudi Arabia typically takes 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.

C. Shipping Rates

Standard delivery starts from 25 SAR across all Saudi regions and is transparently calculated at checkout.

D. Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking number and direct tracking link are sent via SMS or email to track your delivery status.
